These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the Color Drop Painting LLC text messaging program. By opting in, for example, by checking a consent box on our website forms and submitting your phone number, or by texting us, you agree to these terms.
Program Description
Color Drop sends two categories of messages to numbers that have opted in:
- Transactional / service messages, estimate scheduling, appointment reminders, on-the-way notifications, project status updates, invoicing, and follow-ups related to your quote or project.
- Marketing messages (separate opt-in), promotions, seasonal offers, availability alerts, and other marketing content.
Messages may be sent in English or Spanish, matching the language preference you select.

Consent
By providing your mobile number and checking a consent box, you expressly consent to receive calls and SMS/MMS messages from Color Drop Painting LLC at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded/artificial voice. Two separate consent boxes are offered, transactional and marketing, and neither is pre-checked. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You represent that you are 18 or older and the subscriber or authorized user of the number provided. Your consent applies only to Color Drop Painting LLC and is not transferable to any other brand or business.
Opt-In Confirmation
After you opt in, we send a single confirmation message identifying Color Drop Painting and including STOP/HELP instructions.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your project stage and preferences. Typical volume is 2–8 messages per month.

Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages sent to or received from Color Drop. Check your plan for details.
Opt Out: STOP
You may cancel at any time. Reply STOP, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, or QUIT to any message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send additional messages unless you opt in again (reply START or JOIN to re-subscribe). You may also revoke consent by any reasonable means, calling 702-927-9983, emailing info@colordroppainting.com, or telling us in plain language by text, and we will honor it promptly.

Supported Carriers
Available on major US carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, Cricket, and Google Voice. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy of Mobile Numbers
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information covered by our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing with subprocessors, such as our CRM and SMS delivery provider , is limited to what is required to operate the messaging program on our behalf.
