These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Color Drop Painting LLC website, quote forms, and related communications. By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Color Drop Painting LLC is a residential and commercial painting contractor serving Nevada and Utah. Licensed in Nevada: State Contractors Board License #0092296 (C-4 Painting & Decorating). Licensed in Utah: Utah Contractors License #14220959-5501.
2. Quote Requests & Estimates
Submitting a form is a request for us to contact you about a potential project. It is not a contract. All prices, timelines, and scope items are estimates until confirmed in a signed written proposal.
3. Communications & SMS Program
When you provide your phone number and check the applicable consent box(es), you give your express written consent for Color Drop Painting LLC to contact you by phone call and SMS/MMS text message, including via automated technology, at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Two separate consent boxes are offered on our forms, one for estimate/appointment/project (transactional) messages, one for optional marketing messages. Neither is pre-checked.
- You may also opt in by texting us first at 702-927-9983 (our text line).
- Message frequency varies (typically 2–8 messages/month). Msg & data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP (or END, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT) to opt out at any time; you may also opt out by any reasonable means, including calling or emailing us. Reply HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The SMS program is intended for users 18+. You represent you are the subscriber or authorized user of the number provided.
- Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Estimates, Site Visits & Property Access
If you schedule an on-site estimate or project work, you authorize the team at Color Drop to access the areas of your property reasonably necessary during the agreed time window. You agree to disclose known hazards (e.g., structural issues, lead paint in pre-1978 properties, pest conditions) before work begins.
5. Pre-Existing Conditions
During the walk-through we may document pre-existing damage or surface conditions (photos and notes). Color Drop is not responsible for pre-existing damage, or for latent conditions not reasonably discoverable during inspection; any such findings during work will be disclosed to you before proceeding.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a free estimate at any time at no charge. Cancellation terms for signed projects, including any deposit treatment, are governed by your signed proposal. For contracts signed at your home, you may have a right to cancel within three business days under the FTC Cooling-Off Rule; your signed proposal will include any required notice.
7. Right to Refuse Service
We may decline or discontinue work where conditions are unsafe, hazards were not disclosed, or access is not provided as agreed.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to breach security, scrape at scale, submit false information, or send content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
9. Intellectual Property
All site content, logos, photographs, text, and design, is owned by Color Drop Painting LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
10. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sample photos, price ranges, and project examples are illustrative and do not guarantee outcomes for your specific project.
11. Workmanship Warranty & Limitation of Liability
Every project includes a written workmanship warranty; its scope, duration, and remedies are stated in your signed proposal, which governs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Color Drop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For projects performed in Utah, mandatory provisions of Utah consumer-protection and construction law apply to the extent required.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
