Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

Message types: transactional (estimate scheduling, appointment confirmations, on-the-way notifications, project updates, invoices) and, if separately opted in, marketing (promotions, offers, reminders).

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate our business , CRM, SMS/email delivery, hosting, analytics, payment processing, scheduling, under contracts that limit their use of your data to providing services to us.
- Subcontractors and suppliers where necessary to perform your project (e.g., a paint supplier or licensed subcontractor).
- Legal and safety, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Color Drop, our customers, or others.
Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS consent are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstance.
5. Cookies & Tracking

Your Nevada Privacy Rights
Nevada residents may direct us not to sell certain covered information (NRS 603A / SB 220). We do not sell personal information; if that ever changes, Nevada residents may submit a verified request to opt out of such sale at info@colordroppainting.com with the subject line "Nevada Privacy Request."
Your Utah Privacy Rights
Although Color Drop Painting LLC does not currently meet the thresholds of the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA), we voluntarily extend to Utah residents the rights to access, delete, correct (effective July 1, 2026 under Utah HB 418), and obtain a copy of personal data they have provided, and to opt out of targeted advertising. 8. Security & Data Breach Notification
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
